Fraps and converting gaming footage

I want to upload some gaming footage to Youtube.

Ive done the conversion from FRAPS, but the files are 4GB, now whats the best software to compress the files down while maintaining good quality, so I can upload to Youtube ?

I want to maintain 60fps as its Street fighter footage.

you want to compress it as standard fraps footage is uncompressed, mp4 is your best option using x265 codecs.
