Fraps and windows 8.1 64bit

Does Frpas not support windows 8.1? Any alternatives?

I can record Videos but the sound is odd and playing back the videos makes my mouse freeze.

Got a 290....I can record the video..but the sound wont play back...I can import the video to sony vegas...I'll just have to play with the render settings..

MSI afterburner is pretty good if you configure it with a custom codec.
