Fraps Audio Sync

Hey,
I built a new pc a few months ago, and before i was able to record using fraps the full screen, with the audio being intact.
My previous system was:
9600gt
q6600
3gb ram

I then built a new pc with the following specs:
4890
AMD Phentomx6 1055t
4gb ram

For the first few weeks i was able to record fine, however then it just started to be a lot out of sync. example

Does anyone have any idea why it is doing this?
I know you guys will need more information etc. in order to help, so just tell me what you need and i'll try and get it.

Does it play fine before you upload to Youtube? As I had issues with Youtube knocking audio out of sync.

No its still out of sync in the raw files.

I tried to record using the windows sound recorder and then knocking off the audio from fraps. However, ad i think this could be part of the problem. I recorded 28min of footage, however when I looked at the total length of the fraps files they were 34min long. Is it possible that it is recording more/less frames than it should so when its all put together, its longer therefore making the sound out of sync?
