Fraps or other recording software.

I've not used Fraps or anything like it before, untill just now.

But I think there's somthing...wrong..

After recording a 30 second clip, at 30 FPS. the video file takes up 780MB...

Why? ;(

I see people uploading 3 - 8 minute videos to youtube, surely there's somthing not right with my 30 second 800 meg video? ^__^

Any info would be awesome, i'm a nub at this video editing / recording stuff.
