Over there...
I realise this is probably impossible, but i was playing around in my 288 GTO the other day (TDU sadly not real life :( ) and all i was doing was driving in 3rd gear, dropping into 2nd, and turning left/right at a junction and powering through the junction and up the road leaving 2 pleasing black lines and a trail of smoke behind me.

What i'd love is to be able to see replays of this from a different viewpoint, like pedestrian cam or chase cam or something...

Is there anyway this is possible? Any software to do it (doubt it) or a "video" mode, like the photo mode, but video?

havent come across anything close, which is why i ask...

unfortuately there's no video mode as such

you can view a reply of a race though

easiest way to record is to point a camcorder at your screen, thats what i done, not bad results either

EXAMPLE 33mb, right click and save as please

bare in mind that i have a low end camcorder and vid is compressed a lot from original

Your best bet is probably Tv Card so can connect up to pc and record videos from tv.

Ive got no clue whats the best one but you need one what can do 60hz recording. :)

aye i've considered all of these options, but truthfully - apart from the replay option - they dont really help me (and i doubt there is anything that would sadly).

the only way i could see me doing it is to get a friend on live to park up pointing his view at what i want to look at whilst i play about and get him to record it...

Its the 3rd person look i'm after - further away than the outside view would allow.

nevermind i guess...
