thought i should put it in here as its mainly used for pc games 
just wondering how i unlock the fps cap it provides when recording, i cant seem to get any higher, which is really annoying. ive selected it to run at 70, but still wont go there, any way i can make sure this is in affect, im running at 1600x1200 for recording purposes. should i run at default 1024x768 to get fraps to run 70 fps recording?
tried recording at 2048x1536, but still gave the same cap, and also i realised 5 mins in that that res will look stupid when uploaded onto youtube
also, im playing CoD2 trying to take a vid
