Our quality of sleep declines massively when it's warm, you're always better off sleeping in a cool room.
It's only recently I've begun sleeping properly again.
I've slept in similar temperatures when I was in Cambodia for 3 weeks. Didn't have aircon, just a ceiling fan; it wasn't nice! First couple of days I hardly slept, next few days I would wake up every couple of hours. After a few days - a week, I kinda got used to it... ish. For me it's not so much the temperature but the humidity!
