Free 3D planning software -loft conversion

Hey community! I'm wanting to do a loft extension and want to size up and plan a potential layout. This is primarily to visualise the sloping ceiling so I have been looking for a floorplan app that allows you to adjust wall height and do sloping ceilings.

Can anyone recommend anything? Thanks for any input!

I'd recommend sketchup too as it's nice and simple / easy to learn. Owned by Trimble now.

Thanks guys. Nifty little program! Not sure of the best way to use it yet. I keep wanting to "carve" out shapes, but I don't think it works like that!

I pretty much does work like that, push pull. Check out the YouTube tutorials its a really nice application. I did these two images this week for projects in the office using vray plugin with 2016 pro
