Free Anti-Virus software for Windows XP?

Is there still any free anti-virus software around that works with Windows XP?
e.g. Avira, AVG, MalwareBytes, etc.
My 80+ year old neighbour is (understandably) reluctant to buy a new computer and is worried about opening a SPAM email and ending up with a virus on her computer. She has asked my advice.
I believe that for various reasons, almost all support for XP has ended.

No idea how well the new version runs on XP though. Still, it was my favourite choice back in the XP/Vista/7 times.

Thought MSE still supported XP but I guess not any more.
