Free CAD packages?

I need to do small bit of technical drawing but I have no CAD packages, I think the closest thing I've got is Illustrator! Are there any half decent CAD packages available free to download? It really doesn't have to be very complex, I could easily do the drawings in word but it will take a little while!

I recently downloaded this to do some flowcharts, but I notice it does other stuff as well.

Google Sketchup - draw in 3D then use the plan/section/elevation views with parallel projection to get 2D drawings
