free defrag any good ?

Hi All I have read a lot of threads about free Defraggers ,i have windows 7 and just wonder if its worth getting a free defragger or is the one with Windows 7 just the same as and as good ?? The free defrag software i,ve seen that people say are better and good are My defrag & Auslogic defrag both free .

I'll run MyDefrag after a fresh install, then just let Windows scheduled defragmentation take care of it. Don't see any point in doing anything different, and certainly no point in paid defrag software.

Defraggler - made people who make recuvva and cccleaner.

I reckon the defrag program that is part of Win 7 is pretty good...don't see any need to use 3rd party one...but whatever floats your boat.
