Free Delivery?

I'm trying to place a order for few components but there's no free delivery option?

I just tried and I get the same, out a note in the new shop thread in GD, there is one for website issues.

If you press "checkout" it should appear in there, like so:

However I don't see an option in the Profile page to link your Forum account anymore - Unless it is automatically synchronises now?
