Free |Delivery

Does anybody know why the forum members free delivery is only giving me the option for RM 2nd class? Haven't ordered much since the new site and what I have has been large and therefore DPD.

Now ordering something small and I always used to get the option for free RM 1st class, which is now £5. Its an external CD drive so very light and small but also low value. Its just that RM are so terrible round here now since being privatised that 1st always takes 1-3 days so I assume 2nd will be far worse.

If its small goods or a small order then it will go 2nd class for the free delivery, they arent going to send a pack of mobo standoffs first class for example as it will cost more thsn the goods lol

2nd usually turns up just as quick as first anyway.

Its free, don't complain. Its a small item why would any business send out 1st class free?
They don't have to offer free delivery.

Didn't really want to come across as complaining, was just curious as never had that option before.

I was however complaining a little bit about RM, but that a whole different issue and not OCs fault.

Actually just read my order confirmation and after specifically remembering filling in the business name (all my old addresses gone?) its not included in the delivery address in the email. Does anyone have any experience with this? Will it be on there anyway otherwise it wont find its way to us anyway, its a busy road.

I hate to say but I feel this might be another issue with the new site. Hopefully just an error with the email confirmation system but considering everything else is right I'm guessing not.

Have posted in the CS section anyway.
