Just thought I would share that Telerik are giving away their windows 8 HTML/XAML and phone tools for free. This includes 1 Year license to support and future updates.

This is time limited (till the end of TechEd) so get it while you can.
Please note I don't work for them (have been a customer for years and thought that others may like to try their tools for free)
