Free Download Manager plz...

Can any recommend a good free download manager.

I woke up very annoyed this morning to find i had wasted 5 hours downloading a game trail last night. It had disconnected with only 50meg to go.

Stupid IE 6.

Also as im thinking of moving to Firefox - Just out of curiosity does it have a DL manager built?

Try... Free Download Manager, its great Firefox is basicaly the same as ie6, just all downloads are in one window

Yes it does, plus there are extensions you can download for Firefox that enhance the Download manager.


Move to Firefox, you know it makes sense

Best free download manager is... Free Download Manager. As posted above, you can't beat it, and to be honest, it beats the pants of Firefox's inbuilt manager.
