Free downloads on FilePlanet?

Are all downloads on fileplanet free now? I remember a while back you had to be a premium subscriber to download from them.

I dl mods from Fileplanet all the time. I think you need to register, but you don't need to pay

I thought they'd always been free, but free downloads meant waiting in a queue or restricted bandwidth.

Not any more it seems. Just been on and you can download any patch/mod instantaneously.
