what is the point in ending the deal on the 30th of September with claims to be received by the 30th of October, and then restarting the entire process from November the 1st? Also, those claiming before the 30th have to send their claim by post and those from November are able to do it online?

the 50-230mm lens offer? it's currently running now. The old one ended on 30th sept, the new one starts on 1st Oct. I guess they are just improving the way to claim for these deals, you've got to just put out the improved process at some point.
