Free Game From Origin!

Wow, I had BF3 pre-ordered from Origin since the start of September but never received my early access to the beta code. I emailed them and after about 5 emails getting more annoyed each time I got brushed off I finally managed to get them to cancel my preorder and I preordered it elsewhere for £10 cheaper.

Today though I get this email :

Sweet! Anyone else have similar problems and gotten a free game off them? Seeing as I have BF3 ordered already I'm now wondering what game to get from them. Any suggestions? I don't think there's a price limit

Why don't you cancel your BF3 order and reorder it with the voucher code?

Actually getting it cancelled will probably cause you another two weeks of grief, so you might get another voucher out of them for that!

Or just hold onto the code if it has no expiry date on it.

Expires at the end of December. I actually would like to have the physical box for BF3, I'm still old school like that when it comes to games I think I'll be playing for several years.

Just had a look, I could get ME3 digital deluxe edition for £55

Other options are Fifa 2012 ( haven't playing any Fifa games since the original in '95) or Shift 2. Not as much choice as I'd hoped.

NFS:Run is another choice which is out soon I think? Or has that be canned for the PC?

Got same email today after cancelling pre-order of Battlefield 3. What have you guys actually used the code on? I tried Crysis 2 but it didn't seem to apply. Maybe its not fully active yet?

You cant use it for pre-orders nor new releases until they have been out for more than 30 days.

i was expecting another deal like the burnout paradise one awhile ago

Didn't realise about the preorder/30 days limit. That rules out the idea of preordering BF3 with it!

If I wait until the 18th of December I can get NFS: Run which looks pretty sweet. Hmm.. choices! There's always Sims 3: Pets!

looool Origin is great. I never pre ordered BF3 on there or anything just got one of these emails apologising and offering a free game

I emailed them last week just asking for a discount voucher and got one this week for 15% off anything except pre orders.

I have a 15% off discount code as well that I was given during my emails with them. It was their way of trying to get me not to cancel my preorder.
