I've gotten to the point where I don't get to game often enough to get value from paying for games, last thing I bought was probably Diablo 3, ROS, so I play free stuff mainly these days.

I'm enjoying World of Warships at the mo, I did try World of Tanks but didn't enjoy that as much.
Warzone, if you can get a half-decent squad its ok.

Any other suggestions?
 
Destiny 2 is worth a look, there's quite a lot of DLC content paygated but there's still a shed load of stuff to do for free.
 
Guild Wars 2 has a free tier though not sure how annoying it is

Mindustry (free from their website, not on steam)
Team Fortress 2 - I enjoy Man Vs Machine
OpenTTD

Also worth keeping an eye on whatever epic is giving away each week.
 
I've grabbed a few of the Epic games over the years, but outside of Fortnite I've not actually played anything Epic for a while..

I did pay for the C&C Remastered thing on Steam last year thinking about it, or was it the year before..

If you got Man Eater when it was free on EPIC, it's a good game.
 
Halo infinite multiplayer is pretty good,i dont mind quake champions either, not a fan of warzone or any battle royal games myself so dont like or play any of those.

Defo try halo though, its fun but quite rewarding, takes more skill than you would think to get good :)
 
GOG.com often issue free games during their sales. There is a summer sale which started today.

Stasis (an isometric horror point and click) is free at the moment. :)
