Hi all,

I am primarilly looking for a centrallised call logging software. There are only a hand full of us in a team but we need to keep track of open calls (especially if someone is off sick) and also it will give us the ability to create some reports. At the moment I am using Liberum (see link below) which is fantasitic however im just curious to see if there are any alternatives.

ps. In liberum we only use the Rep side of the program for call logging.

Thanks

spice works seems funky. I like the asset management but for us the ticket system for help desk logging is a lil too basic. We ideally want a few more fields and such. As our users are mainly offline during the day or on 3G via VPN.

But funky nonetheless. Especially for free, looks very professional. Anyone else have experiences with free helpdesk call logging type software.

thanks again.

^^ i tested mine in an offline network hehe. But yea its not exactly what im looking for. Though it is a nice product bar the privacy concerns that you pointed out. I really need to read the fine print more ;)

Sugar is a nightmare to use, our company ditched it in favour of spreadsheets and outlook! We are looking to implent a new call tracking system soon. I found sugar counterintuative and actaully made my work harder

let me know what you choose. Liberum is quite good but needs some setting up and possible tweaking for exactly what you need. Im just seeing if theres anythign else out there that could be better. hehhe

a shameless bump to see if anyone has any other ideas for a call logging software / helpdesk / ticket issue thingie.

Also howiepoohs did your company find a solution yet?

Thanks! :D
