Free Image gallery ?

Hi all

Just trying to help my mum out for her company website. What is required is a simple gallery for images that can be scrolled through, then able to view in large size and downloaded with added descriptions. Doesn't need to be too fancy or anything. Just simple and affective. Oh and easy to upload new images to. Ideally this could be integrated into the site but no problem linking it to another page as long as its hosted on their server.

Any ideas?

Lightbox is a good free image gallery, very easy to install and modify too

Gallery might do what you are looking for - but it may be too much

If your host is cPanel/Fantastico you can install it in a few clicks to try it out but manual installation isn't too hard either.

i love it. Only 1 page gallery. Very simple to use. Aslong as you have FTP access to your server it will be fine

i also recommend coppermine

but its complicated to get started BUT its EXTREMELY reliable, easy to use when setup, good looking and can manage millions of photos.

I've used zenphoto in the past and it's always been excellent.
