Free iPod deal from apple?

Am I right in thinking that apple used to offer a free/cheap iPod when you buy a Mac?

I'm sure I've seen this deal on the website but cant seem to find it now.

It ended a few weeks ago.

It was a 'back to school' offer for college students. You'll have to wait until next year now

Yes true they are technically wrong but loads of people, including me call uni, college, some even call it school still.

Must be a vanity thing, I'd rather not say I was going to 'school' any more, especially as I technically should be at Uni by now.

..wait until this friday 30th November and "apparently" there will be some deals to be had at your local mac store!

check out apple (dot) com slash uk and have a nose around... no idea what the deals are - but worth a look.. I believe the deals will also be available online
