Free light weight email client?

Your mobile phone? [seriously] Set to imap in conjunction with your domain hosts cloud facility.
Assuming its for working from home purposes and you cant risk not being able to access previous mails if your net goes down so still want a client side app,
Thunderbird from Firefox maybe.
I used to use Pegasus mail up until 6-7 years ago when I just switched to my domain hosts web interface. Looks like its still going with an update in January this year.

I just keep Gmail open in a Firefox tab. Email quota recently got increased to 10GB. Once in a while, I'll archive it all off into Thunderbird.
