Does anyone know where you download the free Lost Planet 2 PC Game that comes with the i5/i7 cpu's ??

Is it downloaded from
Microsoft Games for windows live or steam or somewhere else ??

If yours is missing then send ocuk a webnote (that if you bought your cpu from them)

I did order from OC and no voucher :(
Just about to order another complete setup with the same chip again so all being well I will get it but will leave a web note to see if they can help me with the first order.

if you go to your order history on the store, the free game is mentioned in the Item name
for instance mine:-
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor with FREE Lost Planet 2 PC Game - Retail
my voucher wasn't included either but I got it sorted very easily by posting in customer service -> order queries on these forums

lol no. The first pc order was for my bro and then I thought to hell with it I'll have a one as well to replace my mighty Celeron:D
Then all I have to do is get rid of my dialup connection which is slooooow. I'm 41.2Kbps at the moment!!

Took over 4 hours to order the parts last night and double checking reviews and other bits and bobs. The whole system stops and I go and make a cuppa :)
 
This vouchers is definately for steam. I know nothing about the Lost planet game and so I downloaded it for steam last night. I was expecting this to be all I had to do with this game as normally with steam you download the game and voila you can play right away.

Unfortunately with this game it does not work like that. Just a heads up for anyone that might be in the same situation as me when trying to play this game.

You must install Games for windows from microstoft. If you already have an Xbox live account you can use this account with games for windows if not I guess you have to sign up. If you do not install games for windows you cannot seem to play the game it will load up the Lost planet 2 launcher and you have 2 choices which are to play the game in DX9 or DX11. Without games for windows installed when you click you choice nothing will happen.

In short Download game for steam, download games for windows start game and you can play.

Hope this helps anyone that might come across the problem like I did.
