Hi all,

Been playing some Diablo 2 and i wouldnt mind a mmorpg along those lines. However, i know it will get boring quite quick so i wouldnt really want to pay for it!

Any suggestions for a free mmorpg that will keep me busy for a few days?

This question was asked on another forum I visit.

Heres the options they gave

Runescape
Silkroad Online
Pokemon Crater
Last Chaos
Tales Of Pirates
Rappelz
Space Cowboy Online

you could try WOW free trial or eve online free trials

i myself am like you..i hate the idea of paying monthly fee to play a game online.

if only everyone was doing what guildwars does :(

Got WoW, played for a month and was seriously bored, but then i was a veteran SWG player until the big changes (cant wait for the EMU to be fully up and running) and ive had 2 EVE accounts now for over 2 years :D

Never really got into guild wars, found it rather boring.

I could go back to ultima online but there have been so many changes that i always feel lost when i go back in. :(

Anyone tried 'Dungeon Runners' yet?
A free one from NCsoft, got a link from fileplanet about it, and wondered if it was any good.

Tired it for like 30 minutes, it seems very basic, a simplified version of Dungeon Siege type games. Funny item names though. :p

Is the WoW trial still going for Europe? Tried the link on the website but it just goes to 404 after you click download/create trial account.

I registered to the US one, even selecting UK country, its all ok allthough you only get to choose from US and Oceanic.

I dont even know were to start in it tbh, bored of WoW allready.

Does anyone know if its possible to use a US trial account on EU servers? Cause all of my friends are on an EU server and the trial has stopped (from what i can see) for Europe. Could i download the latest client for enGB (europe) and use the US account on it? Or, I have the US client on CD, so should i install it from that and update it to the latest patch and just change the "set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com" to "set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com"?

Yes I was in the beta and stuck with it for about 6 weeks in the hope, it would get better. Like most MMORPG it got very boring very fast. Not that many items and *** quests where all go kill this, go find this person. It was defiantly a one object game. Level, level, level and do it however you could.

Theres a new free MMORPG due out soon called 2moons. Looks really nice for a free game. According to a recent update, the open beta date is due to be announced tomorrow.

The whole idea of the game is that you pretty much have to pay for items to get half decent.

SUN online is in beta i think. worth a look. Lunia is also in beta, and granado espada is in open beta. its worth a look if you love sweet graphics.

i made a topic about it Here! {click me} screenies and info are there.

I think maybe you can still get a trial if someone refers you? I'm not sure though, if anyone wants a free trial then I'll try it.
