I don't know - the wiki isn't particularly clear about that.

One of the best free tools I 've used in a long time is Freemake.
Give it a go.

Hi, just tried it, very simple, it shouted abit about being unstable with B frame H.264 vids (whatever B frame is), but it says that the frame info WILL become inaccurate,

which de-synced the audio it seems

The Avidemux wiki mentions another utility called ProjectX... but that definitely doesn't support H.264 at present.
