The number of people who dont bother, or cant re-size images amazes me.

Here is a simple plugin, from MS that allows you to re-size images with a single right click on the image file. Adds a re-size option to the pop up menu.

Takes a couple of seconds and means no one has an excuse to post huge images!!

might as well mention the imageshack quick uploader here too. install that and then you can simply right click any image in 'my computer' to upload it, rather than using the web interface.

While we're at it, here's the Imageshack Firefox extension, right click on any image in your browser and send it straight to imageshack, bloody leeches.
