free msi package software to make msi from exe to deploy via GPO?

hi guys

there are many softwares which doesnt have MSI available so i need a software that will build a MSI from EXE for GPO to deploy.

anyone know?

damn! that advanced installer software is brilliant! work fine every software i throw in!

only got a wee problem, when deploy a MSI which created by said software, it doesnt create desktop/menu program short cuts in all users folder so therefore domain users wont see them when logged in.

anyone?
