Free Network Simulation software

As the title states really.

Are there any free Network Simulation packages where I can configure networks, switches, vlans ect within a virtual space?

GNS3 and Cisco's Packet Tracer are the two i know of. Not sure if Packet Tracer is free but it can be found very easily.

Packet tracer would be better although this is just a simulator.

GNS3 is normally much better as it is an emulator but it doesn't handle switching very well.
