Free OCR Software for an image.

Hi guys,

As above, is there anything out there? I've got about 12 very nice, hi res text scans that I'd like to extract the text from... I think it's a long shot but I haven't got the time to type everything out again

Thought it might be an idea to ask.

adobe acrobat (not reader) demo? That does ocr pretty well.
