free olympus lens claim

did anyone who claimed there lens have to fill in the bank details,its asking for iban and swift stuff which is complicated,is it needed or not?
they weren't happy with the del note from store so uploaded the vat receipt,even that doesn't look much like a receipt more like an order summary.

That's how I received my lens from olympus ,photographed my vat receipt from bristol cameras and uploaded to olympus site ,it did take a long time though to receive the lens about a month .
don't think I had to give them my bank details .you could email them to find out if there are issues with your claim .
