Free pdf editing?

What would be your recommendation for a program (free preferably) to open and edit exisiting pdf documents?

Another option is Foxit

Foxit is probably the best free one, but advanced editing features won't be available for free.

PDF toolkit will give you the advanced editing features but it's not as user friendly and a program like Foxit.
