free phone number from mobile

i need to call microsoft xbox support, and was wondering, would i be charged if i called from my mobile

Obviously, 0500 and 0800 are still free from landlines... though obviously a bit out of luck if you don't have one at home.

Be technical support charges from mobiles as well.
