case or the dvd itself.
If its dvd then check the programs that came with your printer (if it has one) - this normally has option for dvd cases too.
Alternatively I think nero has one.
The easiest option is just measure out a dvd movie cover and set a custom page up in photoshop (or gimp) and then just trim to suit - thats what I've done in the past.
