Free program to?

Free program to auto log off the internet and not allow access back on for several hours needed.

Hope someone can help me.

Do you have a router. AS most I have used let you set day and times you can log on to the net.

eg Monday 13:00 - 15:00

No i don`t have a router. I just click on connect and thats it. I am using windows xp pro.

i'd get a router, its far safer and you can limit the times effortlessly, you'll never need to press 'connect' again also

I need to limit my 18 yr old son off the internet. He stays up all night on msn usually upto 05.00am ! So i need to let him stay on upto 00,30 and not back on till at least 08.30.
