The one that is closest to Project is Open Workbench: http://www.openworkbench.org/ but there are a number of other open source project management tools out there, off the top of my head there is also Redmine: http://www.redmine.org/
And if it's software-orientated project management, take a look at Launchpad: https://launchpad.net/ and Trac: http://trac.edgewall.org/

Thanks for the suggestion so far guys, greatly appreciated.
Its both a software and an operational based project.
Basically its to implement a new Warehouse Management System into the warehouse I manage & Ive been.... ahem....'volunteered' as project manager..
It will include software spec, test, build and modification as well as warehouse process change, staff training and layout review.
Any of the above more suited than another?

MS Project is one of the best and most model themselves off of MS Project
We have however had a technical demo from these guys and I can safely say this is one of the most pant wettingly awesome project management tools I have seen.
