Free PVR type Software?

Hi all

I have just bought a second hand hauppauge PCI analogue TV Tuner. I want to be able to record a channel at a particular time. I dont want the TV Schedule. I just want to record channel x at a certain time. Thats it.

Any suggestions?

Seems to work so far just no compression on the saved files... but im working on that!

It is an old Hauppauge PCI Analogue (878 Chipset i think) - no hardware encoder.

I have been put onto WinTV Scheduler by the guy i bought it from and that seems to work a treat but any more suggestions are welcome.
