Free RAR repair software

I am looking for a free software application that can restore rar files - I have come across many on the web but most of them you have to pay at some point for- Can anyone recommend a free? App

Erm sorry would have been of note to mention that in the first place some I have the par files some I dont - I hope this helps in someway :confused:

QuickPar for the ones where you have the par files for and recycle bin for the ones you don't
