free sat tv cards?

im looking to get a TV card for a HTPC im building, I was wondering if there are there any free sat tv cards on the market?

currently I only have 1 pci-e slot so the only alternative is a usb device.

any ideas on a good card thats compatable with either mediaportal or mythtv?

I'm not sure that there are many others that are PCI-E. Google 'PCI-E DVB-S'.

You'll have to check for compatibility with the apps you want though.
