i think 250 posts is a little low tbh. if it was higher it would mean that people wont sign up and spam for a day to get post counts up - you are going to see a lot of forum spamming because of this



i think you should include that posts deemed unconstructive by the dons should result in warnings etc
 
should put it on for people with a post per day average of 2+ maybe?

that way they can ensure they are only giving it away to active members of the community

i personally dont need shipping as i just go to the shop and pick up my gear

[does that mean ocuk will pay for my petrol?]
 
crikey, 250 posts, that's a LOT of potentials, i thought you were going to do 1000 posts min

How about people with 3k+ posts only ;)

It's a trial, to see if it increases orders I suspect, so how would restricting the target audience too much help?
 
30 posts is easily done!

Get yourself giving advice in the general hardware section if you can and it will soon add up trust me!

The offer is going well, 250 posts has been chosen as it is the point most people feel part of the community and by 250 posts we hope someone will have made at least one positive contribution to the community!

It is just a thanks open to everyone, 250 posts is actually quite a lot of posts to make when you are new to a forum.
 
250 posts, gee, i remember when i signed up to these forums, i was shown this place by a forumite from a different forum, and he challenged me to get 200 posts in 1 day - think i did it too

Just as well there's a 'length of membership requirement' for this offer too, or any old so and so could do that ;)
