How does this work? I recently bought £400 of stuff and was charged £13.75 shipping. I qualify on number of posts and time, do you have to do anything before submiting the order.

I'll be ordering another £900 worth of kit in Aug and don't want to pay any unnecessary charges.

you need to do this first:

HOW TO REGISTER
Login to the OcUK Website
Go to You are Your Account and scroll down to the "Forums Account" section and enter your Forums Username and Password
Press Update
