Free, simple Web developmemnt Software

I am after a free bit of software to build a very simple 2 or 3 page website. Any ideas? I don't know HTML so that is out of the question.

I used to use 'Frontpage'. Thanks

As stated, don't know HTML. Just want a simple web site software building tool etc.

Well, the sites i made were readable on all platforms! Never had problems with it then. Guess i was lucky!

I use Publisher!!
