Free Software removal tool! Cant find spyware programs in Control Panel.

Hi, trying to sort out my dads laptop, there seems to be some spyware software on here. Keeps popping up saying security problems..ect and one called Anti Gear 3.7 he says he hasnt installed anything. I cannot find them in control panel. Im currently running spy bot on the system but just wondering how i can get rid of this Anti Gear 3.7 and a Security Toolbar 7.1 from IE.

Disable System Restore first.

Then scan in Safe Mode.

Be sure the nasty is gone before re-enabling System Restore.
