Free software to play dvd's

Anyone know of some free software to download so i can play dvd? I have XP if that helps.
I did go through the free software sticky but wasnt sure what to look for.

I'd also install a codec pack mate, such as K-Lite Mega Codec Pack or CCP.

You don't need any codec packs with MPC-HC.

Yeah I know, but since he had to ask having a lean all-in-one codec pack negates the possibility of any future worries, and allows his other media player/s to work properly too (i.e. WMP). Not to mention some external codecs/filters are better than the built-in MPCHC ones (eg for allowing decent DXVA). But anyway, he should be fine with the advice so far in the thread.
