Free software to record internet radio?

I'd like to be able to record a few mins of this. Anyone know of some free software that will do this in wav or wmv etc?

I used to use some winamp plug in once, it would even rip songs to individual files instead of one big file. I can't remember the name but it was free and it worked very well.

Audacity, you can then set the input to "What you hear" and it'll record anything coming through the speakers. There's also a plugin for saving in mp3 format.
