Free software to slow down speech

I am after a free software that will allow me to slow down speech - but wont affect the pitch

I am trying to learn Russian and have Russian programs that have been sent for me to watch and in parts need a little help.

If anyone can recommend such software I would appreciate. I know you can use VLC Media player etc
