Hes thinking about doing free CSS servers if he gets enough people on the TS servers

Me and a group of mates used to use Skype. Can't beat that at all for quality

Eugh, Skype is so bloated. I like Vent for it's simplicity. It sits in the background, nothing fancy. Gets the job done.

we have a dedi gaming server and we have ran teamspeak on it for years and heard that vent was better and ran tests against with both of them no difference what so ever we found no difference in bandwidth use no diff in resource uses so we stuck to teamspeak.

Apart from the fact that Vent just sounds better surely, or you guys must have fluffed something up.

Not in our experience, we always found teamspeak better.

Plus it's more visually pleasing

with the right codec setting on teamspeak we have never had any problems to be fair and when we all tested it we could hear any difference.
