the headers are real slow, coming in at 30kbps using a zen 2meg connection, I am guessing the server is quite busy as I have seen this posted across quite a few sites :rolleyes:

I'm not moaning, because it's free, whilst the speeds are great (maxing out my 10meg), I'm yet to download anything of significance because it's all incomplete, no matter how new or old or it is.

everything on it is uncomplete, all the headers seem to be 4095 long on every group

Upload limit is probably 4095 lines - the stuff will be split if it is over 4095 lines

Will be named something like blahblah.part01.rar

Mmmm, that said, everything is still incomplete though

I need to start hunting for a new provider anyway, just not sure who. I want cheap but fast

Yes agreed! Their unlimited accounts mean unlimited.

And it maxes out almost on my 4mbit connection. It's not 5 day retention either like on this one? And almost all their posts are 100% complete.

i went to usenetserver.com for awhile but they weren't as good, lots more incomplete's and missing pars.

Anyone know if it's possible to use Paypal? :/ I only want to sign upto the $19.95 / Single month 70+ package.

No usenet providers really accept PayPal. Well the other way round, PayPal has decided not to process payments for usenet providers.

Thats a fantastic program, just set it going come back and everything is unzipped and even deletes the par files brilliant.

sabnzbd downloads and unpacks for you automatically. Although some people find it a pain to setup.
