Free webhosting with SQL?

Whats the chances of me finding a free webhost, that also gives MySQL?

I'm not expecting to find one, but.. if anyone knows of one :p

I've got a question, how would I go about transferring my forum DB from my local server to my 000webhost DB?

Surely there's a faster way rather than transferring each table at a time using their myphp ?

Also I can't connect to my 000webhost SQL Db using navicat, so do I have to use their myphpadmin ?
