Completely free, not a bad package for nowt.
I posted about them a few weeks ago and a few folks here said there was no "catch" and they were pretty good.

Also www.freehostia.com, not sure how they compare to the one above though...
They are not so good. There ftp is not reliable, and you get less databases etc. Also they do not allow unzipping on the server so you must ftp every file individually. They also block the smtp server unless you pay.

I've just tried 000webhost myself and they seem pretty good - well damn good considering it's free.
A little quirky if you want to use your own domain but not let them manage the DNS record but still, it works.
I'm using it as a backup to my main server for when i move house.
